Chatham Hospital offers comprehensive laboratory testing and drug screening for inpatients and outpatients. Our services include referrals from local physicians as well as physicians outside of Chatham County. All testing requires a written order from a physician. The lab also offers pre-employment, Worker’s Comp and random Chain of Custody drug screening.
