Facility News
We’ve begun construction on a brand new hospital.

On February 19, 2007 Rodgers Builders began clearing the land for the replacement Chatham Hospital to be located in the new Central County Business Campus.

The site is bustling with contractors from floor to roof and progress can be seen on a daily basis. With equipment and cabinetry moving in every day, it is beginning to look like the final project that a dedicated group envisioned  not too long ago.  As the facility progresses, it becomes more evident how it will help increase the efficacy of our already  outstanding care.

It is hard to believe that only a few months ago we were standing on a slab of concrete overlooking the beautiful scenery. Now we have a building with heat and light.  Walls are being painted, ceiling and floor tiles are being placed, stunning cabinetry and countertops are being hung.  It has been said that "if you stand still long enough you will be painted."  We even have the first layers of asphalt poured on the property.

We would like to thank the dedicated men and women who have been working  to make our vision a reality.

The project is still on schedule and is expected to be completed by late summer 2008. Please check back for regular progress reports.
